Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Clean the Service Desk/Kiosk.

Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance per company policy.

Assist with special projects and other duties assigned by supervision.

Work within management planning guidelines to ensure productivity.

Support safety standards; report equipment issues; keep work area safe and clean.

Treat all colleagues with fairness, dignity, and respect.

Perform price check functions accurately.

Manage store supplies to prevent waste.

Record discrepancies and 'not on file' items; request price checks as needed.

Verify customer IDs; adhere to policies on checks, tobacco, and alcohol sales.

Maintain proper cash register procedures and security.

Process various transactions in compliance with policies and legal requirements.

Secure registers when unattended; protect assets.

Maintain equipment and report malfunctions.

Ensure store cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Be knowledgeable about produce varieties and merchandise.

Perform cashier and service functions as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Effective communication and customer service skills.
Minimum age requirements met for specific tasks.
Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical skills.
Ability to perform technical requirements of the job.

Prerequisite Training:

Completed Cashier/Service Associate training packet.

Physical Requirements:

Stand continuously; occasional walking.
Handle currency and operate equipment.
Bend and lift up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 75 pounds.
Reach and grasp at various levels.
Sufficient visual acuity for document checks.

Preferred Requirements:

Greet customers and provide courteous service.
Efficiently scan and record purchases.
Accurately handle payments and provide refunds.
Meet physical activity standards.
Follow AML guidelines for certain transactions.

Salary range: $15.00 - $19.65 hourly.
