On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T3306).

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.25 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store.
• Be familiar with how to use Target’s Wallet, Target App features, and fulfillment services; direct guests to enroll, activate, and use them.
• Handle returns by following register prompts and partnering with leaders as needed, while following Target’s policies and procedures.
• De-escalate situations with leadership support and recover the guest shopping experience in compliance with policies.
• Deliver easy and accurate service to all Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store open hours while remaining available to guests.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, Drive-up orders, and returns with compliance to applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws where relevant).
• Assist with cash office processes as needed, including cash systems management.
• Other duties based on business needs.

• Accurate cash handling and cash office support as needed.
• Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise, including lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally, with or without assistance.
• Flexible shift availability to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must respond to contact attempts and work at least one shift within 5 months or employment may be terminated.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments depending on duties (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
