Job Location: In-Person, $17.50/Hour Starting Base Pay, Excellent Commission, Bonus, & Tiered Pay Structure, 1st Shift, Full-Time

Our client is a leading provider of outdoor power equipment, and they want you to join their team as a Technical Support Associate
.

Your day-to-day as a Technical Support Associate:

• Assist customers in troubleshooting outdoor power equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and tillers
• Walk customers through step-by-step technical solutions over the phone or online
• Recommend additional products or services based on customer needs
• Use business software systems to manage customer and equipment data
• Stay up to date on evolving product lines and technical support procedures

Your skills and experience:

• Basic mechanical or technical aptitude (e.g., able to change a tire or operate lawn equipment)
• Intermediate to strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Previous customer service experience (experience in retail, hospitality, or call centers is a plus)
• Reliable and punctual, with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working on-site for training
