We're seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant for a permanent contract-to-permanent position. Key Responsibilities:

Support daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, month-end close, and account reconciliations. Assist with financial reporting and ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulatory guidelines. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and clinical teams. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as we expand and evolve. Additional duties as assigned to support team success. Requirements Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in a Staff Accountant role, ideally within a healthcare or rapidly growing organization. Proficiency in accounting software; experience with Great Plains is highly desirable. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Ability to work permanent on site; openness to hybrid arrangements in the future. Clear communication, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
