Employee Relations, Talent Manager
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Experienced Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter with Staffing Industry experience to work onsite at our client’s site in Dayton, NJ. 1st shift 8am-5pm M-F.
Responsibilities- Lite industrial recruiting
- Daily reports management
- Managing KPIs
- Weekly time clock and attendance management
- Payroll processing
- Daily walk-throughs
- Safety observations
- Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments
- Troubleshooting associate needs
- Attending meetings with management when necessary
- Bilingual Spanish and English required
- Staffing Industry experience required
- Understand this is NOT a remote position
- Salary Range $55,000 - $65,000 annually, contingent on staffing industry experience.
- Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position.
