Behavior Care Therapy Paraprofessional – 1:1 ABA in Home Settings

A 4‑year‑old boy with autism needs 1:1 ABA therapy and the right partner can make a lasting difference.

Mon, Tue, Fri: 4:00 – 6:00 PM

Location:

Monmouth Junction (client’s home)

• Extra income with part‑time, afternoon/evening flexibility
• 1:1 work that has a meaningful impact
• Additional hours for those already working in school, clinic or therapy settings
• Paid RBT training if you’re interested in becoming certified

• Pay: $21–$26/hr based on experience
• Flexible scheduling: we match you with clients based on availability
• Paid RBT training & certification
• Health, dental, vision and group life insurance for hours ≥ 20/week

• One‑on‑one ABA support in homes using play‑based techniques (training provided)
• Follow step‑by‑step treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Track progress during each session with an easy data system on your phone or tablet (training provided)
• Collaborate with your BCBA and fellow techs to ensure consistency and effectiveness
• Provide families with feedback on session outcomes and celebrate small wins together

• Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after‑school programs, caregiving, autism)
• Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus)
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
