** How You’ll Make an Impact
*** Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to align demand, supply, and financial planning.
* Develop and execute a single, integrated rolling plan to drive business performance.
* Own and optimize warehouse and inventory management processes to reduce lead times and working capital.
* Conduct value chain assessments and implement solutions to enhance service levels.
* Champion ERP best practices for inventory control and planning.
* Oversee the Procure to Pay process and ensure seamless supplier collaboration.
* Guide inbound and outbound transportation operations and administration.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
** Your Background
*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.
* 10+ years of experience in operations management in a manufacturing environment.
* 5+ years of direct people management experience.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
* APICS and CPIM certification.
* Lean 6S certifications.
