Benchmark Community Bank is seeking an outgoing and service-oriented teller for our roving team. This position will serve customers across 18 locations, primarily in the western market from Clarksville to South Boston, with travel to other locations as needed (mileage reimbursement).

• Greet customers with a friendly and cheerful demeanor, serving as the first point of contact.
• Efficiently process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments.
• Use product knowledge to recommend financial products and services to meet customers’ current and future needs.
• Maintain a cash drawer with proper controls, ensuring it balances at the end of each day.
• Review and adhere to check-cashing guidelines, identify fraudulent activity, and handle cash accurately.
• Participate in new account processing and update customer/account information.
• Provide needs-based solutions and support a fun, supportive team environment.

• 1–2 years of banking experience, preferred.
• Flexibility to travel to our different locations.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Full-time position with benefits. Scheduled hours:
Monday–Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Weekends off.

$17.00–$22.60 per hour.
