** How you’ll make an impact
*** Lead supplier quality initiatives using FMEA and risk-based approaches.
* Partner with suppliers to implement and maintain robust process controls.
* Drive resolution of supplier nonconformances through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
* Execute PPAP processes to ensure consistent part quality.
* Conduct supplier audits and manage receiving inspections.
* Monitor and report supplier performance and field concerns.
* Support continuous improvement and supplier development efforts.
* Represent supplier perspectives in cross-functional teams.
** Your Background
*** Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related discipline.
* 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality.
* Experience with transformer systems or related technologies is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, or similar.
* Familiarity with ISO-9001 and continuous improvement methodologies.
