As a Senior Supplier Quality Assurance & Control within our North American Power Grid – Transformer (PGTR) team at South Boston location, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the materials and components that drive our energy solutions.

- Lead supplier quality initiatives using FMEA and risk-based approaches.
- Partner with suppliers to implement and maintain robust process controls.
- Drive resolution of supplier nonconformances through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Execute PPAP processes to ensure consistent part quality.
- Conduct supplier audits and manage receiving inspections.
- Monitor and report supplier performance and field concerns.
- Support continuous improvement and supplier development efforts.
- Represent supplier perspectives in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality.
- Experience with transformer systems or related technologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, or similar.
- Familiarity with ISO-9001 and continuous improvement methodologies.
