**** Test Lab Operations Leader**. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee all Factory Test Room activities, ensuring our transformers and components meet the highest performance and safety standards. You’ll guide a skilled team of engineers and technicians through Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with customers and technical experts to deliver excellence.

** How you'll make an impact
*** Lead and develop a diverse team of test engineers and technicians.
* Plan and execute complex testing activities in collaboration with customers.
* Manage test equipment maintenance, upgrades, and performance.
* Analyze test data and generate reports to support decision-making.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor KPIs.
* Oversee failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain a safe and compliant testing environment.
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.### ###
** Your background
*** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in testing operations or quality management in manufacturing.
* Deep knowledge of IEC, IEEE, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 standards.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting tools.
* Proven leadership in team development and performance management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.###
