. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee all Factory Test Room activities, ensuring our transformers and components meet the highest performance and safety standards.

You’ll guide a skilled team of engineers and technicians through Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with customers and technical experts to deliver excellence. • Lead and develop a diverse team of test engineers and technicians.
• Plan and execute complex testing activities in collaboration with customers.
• Manage test equipment maintenance, upgrades, and performance.
• Analyze test data and generate reports to support decision‑making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor KPIs.
• Oversee failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a safe and compliant testing environment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in testing operations or quality management in manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of IEC, IEEE, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 standards.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting tools.
• Proven leadership in team development and performance management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
