Overview

CDL Class A-Regional Dedicated OTR (HAND UNLOAD) with a weekly home schedule; earn an average of $1,850 per week. Home weekly with a 34-hour reset.

• Hand unload at each stop (driver unload, box by box, using rollers; physical labor)
• Operate 53 ft tractor trailer/flatbed within past 3 years of experience
• Back into tight areas/small lots when delivering
• Deliver to stores across IN, MI, IL, OH within 500 miles of the IN distribution center; 100% live unloads
• Drive an average of approximately 1,100 miles per week with 3 loads per stop where applicable
• Maintain safe driving practices and professional customer interactions

• Base pay: $0.80–$0.86 per mile depending on verified experience
• Backhaul: $30 per backhaul
• Unload pay: $325 per load
• Average weekly pay around $1,850; annual estimates provided in postings
• Deliveries start early in the morning; routes typically Mon–Fri; some weekends/holidays may apply

• 3 months Class A experience in 53 ft tractor trailer/flatbed within past 3 years (school counts not included)
• No SAP drivers; clean CDL with no incidents or accidents within the past year
• Hair follicle drug screening
• Ability to perform hand unload and handle physical labor; ability to work in extreme temperatures
• Strong customer service and relationship skills
• Proficient backing into tight spaces and small lots

• Trucks:
  International, Freightliner, Kenworth
• Ride-along training provided by experienced Driver Leadership Team; orientation and paid training
• 1 week of ride-along training (minimum 3 loads) at $150 per day

Home weekly for a 34-hour reset; on-site safety support at the distribution center; shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays as part of the workweek.
