Class A Truck Driver

Trillium Drivers is now seeking CDL Class A Truck Drivers in South Bend for a temp-to-hire opportunity!

Pay rate is $28 per hour with OT after 40 hours. Schedule is Monday - Friday, No weekend work! This is 1st Shift starting at 7am, 8-10 hours per day.

Position Overview:

-Primary role as a Class A Truck Driver, operating a manual transmission.
-Assisting with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper handling and security. Must be forklift certified.
-Completing necessary paperwork (mileage logs, delivery reports, vehicle maintenance records, etc.)
-Using handheld devices for navigation, communication, and delivery management.

Miscellaneous:
-Willingness to be flexible with the schedule to meet customer demands.
-Ability to work well with others while pursuing a common goal.
-Proper and thorough Pre and Post trips are crucial.
-Must be self-directed, self-motivated, confident, and decisive.
-Must have knowledge of DOT regulations, Electronic Logging Devices, and Hours of Service rules.

Qualifications:

-Valid CDL Class A License.
-At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience.
-Valid DOT Medical Card.
-Clean MVR.
