Description
Tosupport Padua clients through a client-driven and research-backed approach to ending poverty by providing compassionate front-line support, resource coordination, and collaborative case management assistance. This role contributes to transformational interactions that help clients create a bigger, brighter future through holistic service planning and sustained engagement.
This position reports to the Padua Program Manager, who evaluates performance annually.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by providing patient, empathetic, and professional support aligned with Padua’s client-driven and research-backed approach.
- Work directly with clients in partnership with Case Managers to support holistic service planning, remove barriers to success, and promote sustained progress toward client goals.
- Maintain open and effective communication with Case Managers and internal partners to ensure coordinated, high-quality client service.
- Assist clients by responding to questions, identifying challenges, and connecting them with appropriate internal and community-based resources.
- Remain informed about community resources and current practices related to poverty and family self-sufficiency, and share knowledge with the team.
- Support team problem-solving efforts that encourage steady client progress and achievement of agency benchmarks.
- Manage transactional processes by conducting inquiries, coordinating with external providers, and gathering invoices as needed.
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation, data entry, and reporting to meet organizational and grant requirements.
- Participate in staff training and professional development while contributing to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and constructive communication.
- Leverage organizational resources to solve problems and positively represent the organization within the community while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or demonstrated work experience in a social service setting.
- Familiarity with public and community resources.
Ability To:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clients with empathy, professionalism, and cultural awareness.
- Ability to work with clients with diverse backgrounds and characteristics.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents, policies, and instructions, and respond appropriately to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in one-on-one and small group settings with clients, coworkers, and partners.
- Working knowledge of basic mathematical concepts to interpret client data and charts for case management and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and data entry.
- Demonstrated commitment to client-centered service, teamwork, and representing the organization professionally.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and provide proof of insurance to travel to different job sites.
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, push and pull, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion, and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
$40,000 yearly
