Description
Gurley Leep Ford is hiring a sales specialist to join our team! Must be friendly, helpful, and a people person. Great pay, family-friendly 5-day work schedule, health insurance, dental, 401k, paid vacation, and bonus plan. Average salespeople earn $60,000-$80,000 per year. However, exceptional salespeople earn more. Experience is great; however, not necessary. In-store paid training is available.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales experience, retail preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record
