This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Bend, IN, for an Order Fulfillment Coordinator. The role involves managing order processing, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with the customer service and warehouse teams. Daily tasks include order tracking, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining organized and efficient workflow in the fulfillment process. This role is essential for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and Organization skills to ensure accurate tracking and efficient workflow
