Suite Attendant (Part-Time Seasonal) – Four Winds Field, Levitated by Levy Restaurants

Pay Range: $9.00 per hour

This seasonal, event‑based role runs from April through September. The Suite Attendant takes food and beverage orders and efficiently delivers items to suite and premium area guests.

• Promptly and warmly greet guests in the suite or premium space; take food and beverage orders efficiently, following established steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Periodically check in to assist with any additional needs or requests.
• Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients; advise guests on combinations of food and drinks and accommodate reasonable requests.
• Communicate directly with back‑of‑the‑house staff to ensure correct delivery of orders and special requests.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain patience and flexibility when interacting with guests and staff.
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash‑handling procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests and maintain high sanitation standards.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or medical information shared by guests.
• Address complaints or issues promptly and relay relevant information to a supervisor.
• Ensure suite or premium space is properly set up before and after service and keep area clean and neat.
• Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, chafers, inductions, beverage machines, soup wells, and coffee machines.
• Collaborate with staff from other departments during special events and functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers' permit.
