Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch‑bake goods like hearth breads, artisan loaves, dinner rolls, buns, and more in our state‑of‑the‑art facility.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years baking in a professional kitchen and/or a Baking & Pastry Arts degree
- Large‑volume experience is a plus
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Relocation to Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available)
- Available for overnight work, 3rd shift hours
- COVID‑19 vaccination
