Catering Attendant

Position Title

Catering Attendant (Part‑Time Seasonal) at Four Winds Field

Pay Range
: $14.50 to $14.50

Job Summary
:
This seasonal, event‑based role operates from April to September, serving guests at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain or operations manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
:

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Arrange tables and decorations.
• Arrange buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Thoroughly clean location after event is completed.
• Return food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to the catering facility.
• Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
• Stock, clean and maintain catering facility and equipment.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all绿色times.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the complete menu and products on hand.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
:

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol server’s permit.
