This role focuses on L1–L3 phases (design validation, procurement, construction), ensuring installations meet specifications and are fully documented for a seamless handoff to commissioning. • Identify and resolve quality risks early to protect schedule and scope
  • Review submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and field documentation
  • Ensure pre-functional checklists, punch lists, and QA/QC records are complete
  • Coordinate across owners, designers, contractors, and vendors
  • Track non-conformances and report quality metrics to stakeholders
  • Enforce HSE and LOTO requirements

Could this role be for you?

  • Strong knowledge of mission-critical electrical, mechanical, and controls systems
  • Experience enforcing QA/QC standards in complex construction environments
  • Clear communicator with the ability to represent ownership directly
  • Proficiency with Procore, ACC/BIM 360, Bluebeam, MS Office
  • Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field OR 2+ years hands-on install/testing/troubleshooting experience
  • 5+ years of additional related industry experience
  • 75%+ travel until assigned to a long-term project
  • Valid driver’s license required
