* *** What You'll Do:
*** Maintain the landscaping and overall appearance of the property’s outdoor areas, including lawns, flower beds, walkways, and recreational spaces.
* Perform regular tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and watering.
* Keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris, including trash pickup and snow removal as needed.
* Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper operation.
* Assist with seasonal landscaping projects, such as planting flowers in the spring or leaf removal in the fall.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
* Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, ensuring tools are in good working condition.
* Support the maintenance team with special projects or tasks as requested.
