Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN) Part-Time Nights

Nurse Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality clinical care to senior residents

* Develop and implement personalized care plans based on assessment and observation

* Advocate for residents throughout every stage of care

* Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and team members

* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent outcomes

Qualifications

* Current LPN or RN license in the state of Indiana (required)

* Experience in a geriatric setting preferred

* Experience in Memory Care or Alzheimers care a plus

Schedule & Pay Differentials

* Part-Time | Night Shift

* 6:30 PM 7:00 AM

* $1.50/hour additional for 2nd or 3rd shift

* Weekend shift differential: $1.50/hour
