The facility is seeing a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements:
  Monday‑Friday 6:30‑3p
• Required Cases:
  All Gastro‑Upper and lower
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
  Paper Charting
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: NO MD supervision
• Credentialing Timeframe: 1‑2 weeks
• License required or willing to license:
  Indiana License required
