Viva Senior Living -  -  - Responsibilities:
Responsible for the accurate and timely distribution and documentation of medication for residents in accordance with each resident's physician's orders and applicable regulations.;
Assist residents with activities of daily living and follow the Plan of Care.;
Supervise and care for residents on a daily basis according to residents' needs.;
Administer medication as directed by supervisor and report any refusals or reactions.;
Document observations and transfer information to the next shift via shift-to-shift report.
