Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide specialized assessment, treatment, and management of acute and chronic wounds.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer advanced wound care procedures, prescribe medications, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention.
- Monitor healing progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Stay updated on current wound care practices and contribute to quality improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
This full-time role is based around South Bend, offering a competitive salary ($85,000-$120,000), benefits, flexible schedule, and opportunities for professional growth.
