We are seeking a compassionate Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide specialized assessment, treatment, and management of acute and chronic wounds.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive wound evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer advanced wound care procedures, prescribe medications, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, effective treatment.
- Monitor wound healing progress and adjust plans accordingly.
- Stay updated on latest research and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Location in/around South Bend.
