Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) –
Start Date: ASAP – 8 Shift Days – Pay: $148.41 - $160.65

This facility is looking for a CRNA for locum tenens support to fill a current need.

• Shift & Scheduling:
  Monday-Friday 6:30-3:00
• Case Mix:
  All Gastro – Upper & Lower
• Electronic Medical Record:
  Paper Charting
• Team & Ratio:
  Independent – No MD supervision
• Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks
• License:
  Indiana – Required
