As a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) eph VNA Home Care, you’ll deliver one‑on‑one, high‑quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Using advanced technology and your clinical expertise, you’ll assess, plan, and manage individualized care that promotes healing and independence.

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.
• Home healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong computer and technology skills required.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
