Quality & Food Safety Manager (Confidential Employer)

GPAC has partnered with a well-established, growing food manufacturing organization seeking a Quality & Food Safety Manager to lead site-level FSQA programs at a high-volume facility. This is a hands-on leadership role with ownership of food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.

Ideal for an FSQA professional who enjoys being visible on the plant floor and partnering closely with operations and leadership.

• Lead site Food Safety & Quality programs
• Maintain compliance with FSMA, FDA, HACCP, and GFSI (BRC or equivalent)
• Own Food Safety Plans, Preventive Controls, audits, and CAPA
• Serve as site contact for regulatory agencies, auditors, and customers
• Oversee SOPs, training, pest control, microbiological testing, and calibration
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Lead and develop QA team members
• Contribute as a member of the site leadership team

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years food manufacturing experience
• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of FSMA, FDA, HACCP, and GFSI standards
• Audit and regulatory interaction experience
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• HACCP and/or PCQI preferred
