Renewal by Andersen – Northern Indiana. Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Windows. We are looking for a hands‑on leader to manage and grow our Event & Retail marketing program in the Northern Indiana market.
What You’ll Do- Lead and manage a team of 20–40 Brand Ambassadors and Supervisors
- Spend time in the field supporting retail locations, events, and community partnerships
- Plan, execute, and evaluate performance for the Event & Retail program
- Hire, train, and develop Brand Ambassadors and Supervisors
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance goals
- Adjust strategies based on seasonality and market needs
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance discussions
- Partner with leadership to forecast results and improve conversion
- Travel throughout the Northern Indiana market weekly (no overnight travel)
- 1–3+ years of experience leading or managing a team
- Experience working in a structured environment (retail, field sales, events, or multi‑site operations)
- Comfortable managing teams in the field
- Strong communication and people‑leadership skills
- Ability to take ownership of results and adapt when things change
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience building or scaling teams
- Business development or growth‑focused background
- Event, retail, or field marketing experience
- Familiarity with CRMs or workforce tools (training provided)
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Weekly travel within the Northern Indiana market
- No overnight travel required
