Perform detailed deep cleaning and sanitation of kitchen equipment, floors, walls, drains, hoods, and back-of-house areas;
Safely operate commercial cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, pressure washers, steam cleaners, and chemical dispensing systems;
Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines and training;
Ensure compliance with food safety, health department, and brand sanitation standards;
Report maintenance concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards to leadership
