Rapidly scaling manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on, strategic IT executive to lead a company-wide technology transformation. This is not a maintenance role — this is a builder role. You will architect the ERP future, modernize automation, and elevate data and analytics across the enterprise.

• Lead ERP selection, implementation, and integration
• Drive plant-floor automation, systems integration, and shop-floor technology strategy
• Elevate analytics, reporting, and data discipline across the organization
• Partner with executive leadership to align IT with aggressive growth goals
• Build and mentor an internal IT team while remaining hands-on when needed
• Modernize infrastructure, EDI, APIs, and system integrations
• Act as the bridge between operations, finance, and technology

• Proven IT leadership experience in manufacturing
• Deep ERP implementation experience (Net Suite preferred)
• Strong background in integrations, EDI, APIs, and system architecture
• Hands-on, execution-driven mindset
• Change leader who can move at executive pace
• High EQ communicator who can align tech with business outcomes
