The Young Team is seeking a detail-obsessed CRM/ Data Hygiene Specialist whose primary responsibility is to maintain a clean, accurate, and dependable database across our technology ecosystem. This role exists to ensure our CRM and connected platforms are orderly, consistent, and trustworthy at all times.
This is not a strategy or leadership role.
It is a specialist role for someone who takes real pride in precision, standards, and maintenance. Your success will be measured by how clean the data is, how reliably systems stay in sync, and how confident leadership and agents are in the information they see every day.
