*** HYBRID work schedule with 4 days per week onsite in South Bend required - this is NOT a remote based role***

We’ve been retained by a great client who is looking for a visionary and dynamic leader to join the Information Technology department and lead the evolution of their applications portfolio, including CRM, ERP, and other enterprise business applications. Qualified candidates should possess a strong background in development, business analysis, etc.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing/leading a team of IT professionals, applications domain, executing the enterprise application strategy and collaborating with business leaders, IT Managers, various departments, and software vendors to facilitate delivery.

The ideal candidate is an experienced development manager with the capacity to oversee the implementation of major application initiatives that advance a business transformation program.

Previous experience with an ERP implementation and/or upgrade is critical for this role.

Education & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment
• Experience leading an ERP implementation and/or upgrade
• Experience in implementing and managing information governance programs and projects.
• Experience in ensuring the quality, performance, security, and scalability of transformed applications on new platforms.
• Proficiency in the latest B2B technologies for modernizing/managing FTP/SFTP, EDI, and API's such as Boomi, Mulesoft, etc.
• Expertise and experience in Sales, ERP, HRIS, Middleware, and other enterprise applications
• Strong overall background in application programming, administration, and support tools and methodologies
