Overview
Human Resources Generalist - Onsite
Hubot Tri-Pac, Inc, a contract development and manufacturing company (CDMO) specializing in liquid and aerosol filling for personal care and pharmaceutical marketers, is seeking an HR Generalist for immediate addition to our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence, and building strong relationships with managers to support their human resource needs.
Responsibilities- Process payroll and assist with benefits administration.
- Provide advice, guidance and assistance to all management and supervisory staff on interpretation and administration of personnel policies and programs.
- Business Continuity Planning & Implementation.
- Thorough knowledge transfer and coaching to assist client groups in acquiring skills and knowledge for effectively handling and resolving employee issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.
- Administer coaching/counseling and/or discipline as appropriate. Maintain a positive and effective relationship with the workforce to accomplish business goals.
- Other duties as needed in the HR department.
- Payroll Processing through ADP
- Benefits administration
- Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
- Manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area strongly preferred
- 2-5 years of experience working in Human Resources
- Payroll experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Collaborative with initiative and high sense of urgency
