Position Summary: Join our team at Eventus Whole Health as a physician at a state-of-the-art practice, earning up to $400,000 in a private practice setting. Work in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, leading a team of Advanced Practice Providers and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

• Provide primary‑care services according to Eventus Whole Health site‑specific protocols and standard of care for family medicine, geriatric, or internal medicine in long‑term care facilities.
• Review and sign MARs, orders, labs, and manage scheduled medication prescriptions per facility and company policy.
• Allocate adequate time per visit for paperwork and administrative duties.
• Collaborate with facility systems, attend care‑plan and QA/PI meetings.
• Available on call 8 AM–5 PM during scheduled work days, with triage policies and schedules subject to change.
• Submit documentation and billing records to Eventus Whole Health per billing schedules.
• Maintain open communication with facility staff and administration; provide feedback on medications and caregiver information.
• Adhere to Eventus Whole Health standards, policies, regulatory and ethical guidelines, HIPAA, CPT coding guidelines.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and appropriate use of technology.

• Licensed MD or DO
• 3 years in long‑term or geriatric care preferred
• AMDA Certified (a plus, not mandatory)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
