About the Role
As a driver for Indiana Donor Network, you will be responsible for:
- Driving organ and tissue staff members to and from donor hospitals throughout the state of Indiana
- Transporting donor samples and/or organs to and from the airport or appropriate testing facility
- Transporting deceased patients from hospitals and morgues to our facility for recovery, and from our center to funeral homes within the state of Indiana
- Working closely with both internal team members and external clients, ensuring safe and efficient transportation
This PRN / on‑call position requires availability for 24‑hour on‑call shifts in advance, scheduled each month. Shifts run from 6 am to 6 am, with a primary focus on nights from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. A minimum of 7 to 8 24‑hour on‑call shifts per month are required.

- High school diploma is required
- Dedication to customer service and the ability to represent the organization in a professional manner is required
- The ability to arrive at the office within one hour of being called is required
- Must demonstrate safe driving skills and maintain a clean, insurable driving record
