Location:

South Bend, IN. Facility:
Detox and Residential treatment facility.

• Manage all daily residential operations (e.g., intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications, etc.)
• Train and support the BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with the ability to set firm boundaries
• Dignified, honest character that models recovery principles
