Symbiotic Services is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations at a mid-sized inpatient behavioral health facility.
This on-site leadership role is ideal for a seasoned behavioral health operator who can stabilize operations, strengthen teams, improve performance, and partner effectively with remote clinical and medical leadership.
Key Highlights- Executive oversight of inpatient behavioral health operations
- Lead and support clinical, recovery, and nursing teams
- Drive operational performance, retention, and census optimization
- Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence
- Serve as the senior on-site leader in a growing organization
- 5+ years leadership experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment
- Strong operational and compliance background
- Master’s degree required (LPC or LCSW preferred)
