Duties:

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight to a team of addiction therapists.
• Be responsible for building and maintaining a cohesive team, hiring and training new team members, providing oversight of staff billing, clinical documentation, and maintaining a budget.
• Work to build relationships with community partners and organizations; build and inspire a cohesive team promoting efficiency and teamwork.

• Knowledge of human development and behavior
• Familiarity with treatment modalities and psychological theory
• Independent judgment
• Ability to identify alternative actions

• LCSW/LMFT/LMHC required. LCAC preferred.
• 3‑6 years of addictions and/or supervisory experience.
• There is a $2,000 sign‑on bonus for this position (pro‑rated by FTE).
