Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of daily assistance. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those requiring help with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well‑being.

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including feeding, bathing, and showering
• Provide compassionate and respectful care tailored to each individual's needs
• Support clients with mobility and positioning to promote comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean and safe environment during care activities
• Observe and report any changes in health or behavior to appropriate personnel
• Follow care plans and adhere to safety and hygiene standards

• Prior experience in personal care, caregiving, or a related field preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform caregiving tasks
• Knowledge of proper hygiene and safety protocols
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
