Plan and execute industrial equipment and machine-tool projects by managing schedules, procurement tracking, technical documentation/training materials, and cross-functional coordination using 3D CAD and schematic interpretation.
Job Responsibilities- Coordinate project planning and track schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple active projects
- Maintain project timelines and status updates; adjust plans to keep development work on track
- Track critical procurement items and coordinate with purchasing/suppliers to support build schedules
- Develop training materials and supporting technical documentation for equipment operation and maintenance
- Coordinate across engineering and fabrication teams to align design intent, build readiness, and implementation
- Review and communicate hydraulic and electrical schematics with internal teams to support integration and troubleshooting
- Support multiple projects at different stages (concept, design, build, test, release) and shift priorities as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 3–5 years of experience supporting industrial equipment projects
- 2+ years of experience with machine-tool type equipment
- 3D CAD experience (Solid Works or similar)
- U.S. citizenship (ITAR compliance requirement)
- PMP certification (preferred) or active progress toward PMP
- Experience coordinating multi-discipline builds involving mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Experience creating training documentation and work instructions for industrial equipment
