As a Trainer you’ll lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as our own staff. You will be the first point of contact for many of our staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and helping them save lives. Your role includes instructional design, development of training materials and scenarios, and delivery of training.
Outside of the classroom you will collaborate with tight‑knit teams to design workflow‑based training content, work directly with organizations to develop their training, and contribute to projects that make our software more intuitive.
Location:
Campus in Madison, WI. This position requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major)
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
- A record of academic and professional success
- Willingness to travel at least six times per year to customer locations
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
