OB/GYN Opportunities (2) in Southeast Indiana. Hospital-employed positions with a base pay guarantee and additional incentives.

Base Pay (1 year guaranteed): $350,000. Productivity bonus for RVU's in excess of agreed threshold. Sign-On Bonus (for a 2 year commitment): $75,000. Recruitment Incentive (for a 5 year commitment): $100,000. Work RVU Conversion Rate: $51. Call coverage: 1 in 4. Vacation: 4 weeks for the first 3 years, 5 weeks thereafter. CME

Hours:

40 hours per year. CME & Dues Allowance: $4,000 per contract year. Relocation Allowance:
Up to $15,000. Full health benefits package, 403(b) with contribution and 457(b). Other:
Pays for Licensure, DEA, CSR, Malpractice (occurrence based with tail coverage provided by hospital). The hospital pays for nursing/reception staff salaries and benefits and manages staffing so you can focus on seeing patients.

• OB/GYN practice providing both inpatient and outpatient services with call.
• Deliver approximately 371 babies per year.
• Open to a four-day work week and opportunities to grow market share.
• Office suite adjacent to the hospital; hospital is the only OB/GYN provider in the county.
• Deliveries and OB care with access to on-site lab and x-ray; 7 ORs and one cystoscopy room (4 rooms run daily for OB).
• Participate in a system with 25 primary care providers across seven locations referring to the OB/GYN team.
• Maintain the hospital’s lower-than-national C-section rate and perform VBACs as appropriate.
• Availability of in-house imaging and supplies; glide scope in every room.

• Completion of an OBGYN residency program.
• Board certification or board eligibility (Certification required).
• ACLS certification.
• Open to new graduates.

• Only hospital in the county offering obstetrics and gynecology.
• Deliveries: 1.0 OB deliveries per day; 10–12 VBACs per year (about 1 per month).
• On-site pathology and imaging support; outpatient and inpatient services.
• Dedicated four-day work week option; in-hospital call schedule.
