Position: Primary Care Opportunity in South Bend, IN making $250k + Bonus
Primary Care/ Family Physician South Bend, INCOMPENSATION: $,000 Plus 10% bonus

We are looking for a full-time relationship-centered family Primary Care Physician to add to our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic South Bend, IN.We provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships. We seek providers who are passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and increased overall health outcomes.

Role:

Compensation: $200k-$250k plus 10% of base salary bonus potential

Location:

South Bend, INNeed: 1 primary care physician Full range of Family Practice Skin procedures, EKG, Acute visits, Annual physicals

Call: max of 2 per month

Can take care of patients without copays and deductibles

Patient volume:
Avg. 12-15j (busiest days 15-17)
Patient demographics: 50/50 men/women, (12% ages 2-26)
Clinic Staff: 2-MDs, 2-APPs, 5-MAsBenefits:

PTO 5 weeks 401k match 100% of your contribution up to 3%; plus match the next 2% of your contribution at 50% up to 5% with a 3-year vesting schedule

CME for PCP 5 days and $3,000

Maternity & Paternity leave:
Ambassadors who give birth receive 6 weeks of full pay and benefits. Ambassador not a primary care giving role receive 2 weeks to support their partner and bond w/baby Adoption: same as maternity and paternity leave

Medical licensing and DEA fully reimbursed

Requirements:

MD or DOResidency Trained IM/FM or IM-Peds Board Certified/ Board Eligible South Bend Indiana. Joseph County and is one of the best places to live in Indiana. Living in South Bend offers residents a dense suburban feel and most residents own their homes. In South Bend there are a lot of parks. Many families and young professionals live in South Bend.

Also, a young, vibrant college community with a history at Notre Dame University.
