Required:
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited school of medicine - Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana - Completion of an accredited Residency Program - Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (New Graduates are welcome to apply) - Commitment to the mission of Indiana Health Centers, Inc.
