Permanent job | Full-time | 100% Outpatient
We are seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join a patient-focused outpatient practice offering strong work-life balance and long-term career stability.
New graduates are welcome.
- Mon: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tue-Thu: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Fri: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Sat: 1st & 3rd only, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- No evenings | Off major holidays
- Flexible schedule
- Integrated behavioral health
- Team-based care model
- eClinical
Works EMR - Supportive, collaborative environment
- MD or DO from an accredited program
- Completed OB/GYN residency
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Indiana license (or eligible)
- DEA license (or eligible)
- Interest in community-based outpatient care
- Salary: $230k-$250k
- $5,000 CME + 40 CME hours
- $5,000 relocation reimbursement
- Retention bonus
- Guaranteed 2.5% annual salary increase
- Paid malpractice with 100% tail coverage
