DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY
Provides efficient and accurate consumer/mortgage loan servicing, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Provides excellent customer service to borrowers.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Responsible for taking inbound calls from consumer and mortgage customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan records in the system related to customer service notes, insurance maintenance and follow-up and other relevant information.
- Responsible for auditing loan files
- Generates reports and/or complete project work as needed.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
- Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
- Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs all other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- One (1)
-two (2) years of experience in loan servicing, customer service or related field preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Basic Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED required.
