Morning Drive Host or Duo Sound Management

Management seeks a dynamic Morning Drive On-Air Personality/Duo for market leader WNDV-FM U-93>. Collectively and/or individually you will entertain a large and loyal fan base with creativity, authenticity and a strong passion for engaging in the local community.

The ideal candidate(s) is focused, relatable, compelling and loves to entertain. As an influencer, you’ll work with our marketing team by participating in station events and appearances, including building relationships with both listeners and clients. Being a natural team player with technical proficiency, a coachable nature with constant social media connection is a must.

This is a live and local position; you’ll be working with an independent broadcast company who will support and help you grow your career.

• Provide compelling content and entertainment, with an ability to blend humor, storytelling and local relevance
• Engaging with callers and hosting live events and on-air fundraisers.
• Connect with listeners via phone, texting, social media, video, and web
• Participate in station programming and promotions meetings
• Manages social media and digital assets
• Protect the FCC Licenses and serve the over 700,000 potential listeners in and around South Bend, IN

• 2 years of on-air experience
• Strong production, technical operation, social media and digital skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Socially informed and perceptive; up-to-date and in tune daily with the local and national trends and/or specialized knowledge of topics/events related to on-air discussions
• Demonstrated creativity and imagination on air and on-line
• Thrives in a team environment
